As the Brooklyn police gave his body a banging

And in Cleveland, Tamir died because he’s not white

Texas cops did the same, Sandra Bland was found hanging


Walter Scott tried to flee but the Charleston P.D.

Shot him dead as he fled Could have been you or me


If the NFL players want justice to prevail

Raise a fist or take a knee Unified they won’t fail



While the President whines, sends a tweet starts to moan

Freddie Gray lost his life in a Baltimore wagon

Don’t lose sight of the goal I don’t mean the end zone

Michael Brown is dead, too Ferguson is still braggin’


And Philando Castile must have thought it unreal

When the officer shot, and his fate he did seal


When brave men kneel in silence, protest police brutality

They exemplify the brave in the home of the free
